Ms. Devon's practice consists of trial and appellate litigation in the federal and state courts with regular appearances in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the other Circuit Courts of Appeal, U.S. District Courts. U.S. International Trade Commission, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Administrative Courts.
