Ms. Devon, owner, has been a patent attorney for over 28 years.  She also has a Bachelor of Science Degree in engineering.  Ms. Devon did graduate work in biomedical engineering.  Ms. Devon graduated with a J.D. from the University of San Francisco in 1979.

Ms Devon is licensed to practice in all California State & Federal Courts, including the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and she is licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Ms. Devon has extensive experience in registering and defending Patents, Trademarks & Copyrights.
